Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and serviceability of the delivery pin code.

Customers will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order has been dispatched.

Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, or other logistics partners.

In case an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address, wrong pin code, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges of ₹250 will be applicable for sending the order again.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Monkblu is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
