Refund policy

At MONKBLU, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which exchanges, store credits, and issue resolutions are processed. By placing an order on our website, customers agree to the terms stated below.

This policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 applicable in India.


1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Customers are requested to carefully review their product selection, size, and shipping details before completing checkout.


2. Refund Policy

MONKBLU follows a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method except in the following rare situations:

• Product becomes out of stock after order placement

In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for size or product changes, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and packaging
• Exchange is allowed only once per order

Hoodies / Pants ₹350
Multiple Products ₹350

Exchange charges must be paid before the exchange process begins.


4. Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email support@monkblu.com

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Purchased Size

    • Requested Size/Product

    • Reason for Exchange

Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.


5. Quality Inspection

All returned items will undergo a quality inspection.

MONKBLU reserves the right to reject exchange requests if:

• Product shows signs of use, washing, or damage
• Tags or packaging are missing
• Product is returned after the allowed time period

Rejected items will be sent back to the customer.


6. Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Clear product images
• Unboxing video (Must)

Without an unboxing video, MONKBLU may not be able to process certain claims.


7. Store Credit

If the requested exchange size or product is not available, customers will receive Store Credit.

Store Credit:

• Will be issued to the registered email ID or contact number
• Can be used for future purchases on our website
• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue

Store credit cannot be converted into cash or transferred.


8. Size Limitations

Items purchased in the maximum available size for a product will not be eligible for exchange or refund.


9. Sale & Discounted Products

All items purchased during sale or promotional periods are Final Sale.

These products are not eligible for exchange or refund.


10. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours subject to product availability and payment verification.

• Standard shipping within India: 3–5 business days
• Orders ship from New Delhi, India

Orders may experience delays during sales, holidays, or high demand periods.


11. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier partner and a Once delivery is confirmed with Proof of Delivery (OTP / signature / delivery confirmation), the responsibility for the package lies with the customer.

If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend that you:

  • Check with neighbors or building security.

  • Verify the delivery location mentioned by the courier.

  • Contact the courier company directly for further assistance.

MONKBLU will cooperate with the courier partner if an investigation is required.


12. International Orders

MONKBLU ships worldwide via DHL / UPS / International Courier Partners.

International orders may be subject to:

Custom duties
Taxes
Import charges

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
